Unlocked Graduates

Unlocked Graduates is an award winning organisation that aims to reduce reoffending by recruiting graduates to work as prison officers. They challenge their participants to develop new approaches to rehabilitation – informed by their frontline experience – to improve the outcomes for prisoners.
